The Not-for-Profit Showcase will be held in the Hamilton County Community Foundation lot. Please follow signs for event parking.

Submit your participation request by AUGUST 06, 2021 for REVIEW.
Space is limited.

We strongly encourage each participating organization to be represented by its executive director and board chair or leadership team.

This is an opportunity for you to introduce and present your great work to our community and its most important leaders. Additionally, there will be three (3) $5,000 grants that will be awarded at the end of the event to the three (3) organizations/groups who receive the most Festival attendee votes.

Information and Requests

Hamilton County Community Foundation is able to accommodate a maximum of 65 booths (not-for-profits/groups). Organizations can set up their booth spaces between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of the event (08/19/2021). Hamilton County Community Foundation and the Festival of Philanthropy committee will be organizing the booths. The showcase will be located in the Hamilton County Community Foundation lot.

We are delighted to have your organization/group in to be the 1st Festival of Philanthropy on Thursday, Aug. 19 at Hamilton County Community Foundation.

We hope you will join us for an opportunity to meet community leaders, donors, and other charitable organizations. We are proud to host this festival recognizing the amazing work of organizations in our community and opening the Collaboration Hub!

Your participation includes two (2) tickets to the event. Any additional tickets will have to be purchased separately. Note that only the registered two (2) organization members/partners are allowed behind the booth.

At the 1st Festival of Philanthropy, meet and interact with many of our regional not-for-profits and learn more about what the foundation is doing to create transformative change throughout our communities—all while enjoying the Collaboration Hub grand opening, delicious food & beverages from the Ritz Charles & their Simply Served Casual Catering.

We’ll also award the 2021 Festival of Philanthropy grant recipients. The awards are voted by attendees to the three (3) most-voted organizations/groups whose visionary work builds an equitable future for everyone in our community!
